PB&J Sandwich

-->Have peanut butter and jelly containers out with a butter knife. Set two breads on a plate. Spread peanut butter on one bread and spread jelly on the other bread.

-->Put the breads together with the buttered sides facing each other.

Ants On A Log

--> Wash celery sticks and cut in half, giving you 8 sticks in total.

--> Spread 4 sticks with peanut butter and the other 4 with cream cheese and top with raisins. Dig in and enjoy.

Guacamole and Chips

-->Peel two avocados and place them in a bowl. Squeeze lemon then mash them with a fork until the avocado is at your prefered texture. Chop up some tomatoes, onions and cilantro. Add jalapeƱos if spicy flavor is wanted. Put all chopped foods in the bowl and sprinkle a tad of black pepper.

-->Grab a handful of chips and dig in!

Fruit & Cheese Kebabs

Get a kebab stick, cheese and fruits. Put the fruit and cheese on the kebab stick.

The cheese and fruits can be in whatever order wanted. Other foods can be added on the kebab stick.

Smoothies

-->Fill a blender with four to six ice cubes. Put two peeled bananas in the blender along with strawberries-take off the stem, peeled orange, blueberries, and lettuce. Add milk and water then blend. Enjoy :^)

-->You can add any combinations of fruits and vegetables to create your own version.

Frozen Blueberry Bites

-->Put a cup of Greek yogurt and one teaspoon of honey and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix them. Stab toothpicks through the bluberries and dip them into the bowl. Swirl them around in the bowl so they will be coated with yogurt well.

Place the yogurt covered bluberries on a baking sheet and freeze them for about 45 minutes. Yummy!
